Enquiry information

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, project type and information about the room. We use this to reply, discuss the work and prepare or administer a quotation and project.

The website saves each completed enquiry securely so it can be recovered even if an email notification is delayed. Resend provides the authenticated email notification to the SM Bespoke Wardrobes sales inbox, with FormSubmit retained as an emergency fallback while the new delivery route is proved. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The website works without optional cookies. The Google tag starts with advertising and analytics storage denied. If you select “Accept analytics”, consent is updated and Google may use cookies or similar technology to show how people found and used the website and whether advertising led to an enquiry or telephone call.

If you reject non-essential cookies, optional advertising and analytics cookies remain disabled. Google may receive limited consent-denied measurement signals so advertising results can be estimated without identifying you through those optional cookies. Advertising and campaign references in the address, such as a Google click identifier, may also be saved with an enquiry so SM can understand which advertising produced it.

Why we use the information

Enquiry details are used because they are necessary to respond to a request and pursue the legitimate interests of discussing and providing bespoke fitted furniture. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are used only with consent.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and project information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage the work, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal or accounting requirements.
